Acceptance

By using this site or confirming a seat in writing, you accept these terms. If you are enrolling on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company. We may refuse a seat where the work is a poor fit, including paid-attribution projects we do not teach.

The studio and this site

Route Maphub is a tuition studio for app analytics, corresponding from 23 Newport Road; Carkeel; PL12 2EA; United Kingdom. Pages describe programmes and published fees for information. This site does not take payments. A contract for a specific term is formed only when we confirm dates, fee, and your name by email.

Programmes

Live sessions may be recorded for enrolled participants who miss a sitting, not for public replay. You remain responsible for the confidentiality of any telemetry you share. Do not send personal data about your users beyond what a tracking plan requires. We may remove someone from a room who treats another participant’s schema as gossip.

Intellectual property

Course materials, the Analytics Atlas wording, journal essays, and the site design belong to Route Maphub. You may keep notes and rewrite them into your employer’s tracking plan. You may not republish slides, session recordings, or Field Notes packs as a product, nor train a public model on them. Your event names and product data remain yours. We do not claim a licence beyond what is needed to tutor you.

Your account of the work

Testimonials on this site are used with permission or in anonymised form. You must not imply that Route Maphub audited, certified, or insured your product. Completion of a programme is not a professional qualification.

Acceptable use of the website

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it aggressively, or submit the contact form with automated junk. We may block addresses that do. Content is provided as published; it may change as programmes evolve.

Liability

Tuition is opinionated craft teaching. We do not warrant a lift in retention, revenue, or board mood. To the fullest extent permitted by United Kingdom law, Route Maphub is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or corrupted warehouse queries that follow from applying ideas discussed in a session. Our aggregate liability for a confirmed booking is limited to the fee paid for that booking. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Consumer rights

If you enrol as a consumer in the United Kingdom, statutory rights remain. Cancellation and refund mechanics are set out on the refund page. Business enrolments follow the confirmation email.

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising from them or from a programme, are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may still seek injunctive relief elsewhere to protect intellectual property.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above will change. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised text. Confirmed bookings keep the terms in force on the confirmation date unless we both agree otherwise in writing.
